The Sentinel Reserve Red 2019 is a red wine blend produced in the Darling wine region. Bright ruby in colour; savoury rather than fruity, with crushed herbs, new leather, and a whiff of lead pencils. The savoury theme is extended to the palate with toasted coriander seeds, some mulberries and a super-long finish.
